The location is great, being right across from the

train station and just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing suggestions for places to eat. However, the lack of a lift for upper floors could be cumbersome for some guests.

the room had incredibly thin walls, which was just delightful listening to others at dawn. Not to mention that automatic light, wow, it could blind a bat! Honestly, after such a memorable experience, I expected at least an upgrade, but I guess that's too much to ask for. Just couldn’t give a good review.

We loved the great location right next to the old town and the amazing breakfast spread with options for everyone, including my kids. The staff even let us keep our car parked until afternoon, which was super helpful for exploring Bolzano before we left.
